Private Party Pricing
Kid's parties- $25 per child. A minimum of 16 and maximum of 33 child participants are required for traveling parties.A minimum of 8 children are required for private parties at the Kansas City Stockyards Gallery location and there is a maximum of 20 in the space in the Livestock Exchange Building. A $100 nonrefundable deposit required to hold the date and to create a one of a kind painting suited to your child's interests. Request a quote below for more details.
Adult Parties- $35 for each participant. Only those 21 and older are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the date and covers the creation of a one of a kind painting to suit the theme of your party. There must be between a minimum of 8 participants for private parties at the Kansas City Stockyards Gallery and 18 participants for traveling parties. There is a maximum of 20 in the Paint and Party Space in the Livestock Exchange Building. Request a quote below for more details. For groups over 20, a larger venue must be arranged and Paint and Party KC can travel for a $100 travel fee in the KC area. For parties outside the KC area, there may be a larger travel fee.
